LTD Registered number 960 (hereinafter called 'the Company' or 'we') and are sold subject to the following conditions:
Insurance
Prior travel insurance from your home country is strongly advisable in order to participate on any trip. However, we may allow you to travel with Trekking Mart without insurance only when a self-handwritten statement is presented with our trip booking form stating "I agree to travel on my own risk without providing insurance policy to Trekking Mart." When selecting a travel insurance policy for this trip it is essential to get complete medical and emergency expenses coverage. We strongly recommend that the policy also covers personal liabilities, cancellations, limitations, and loss of luggage and personal effects.
Liabilities & Limitations
The company is responsible for services under normal circumstances. We incur no liability for delays or cancellations due to natural disasters, government restrictions, or strikes.
Routes and transport are subject to change without notice. Every effort will be made to follow the schedule, but extra expenses for alterations are the client's responsibility.
The Company is not responsible for loss, damage, accidents, or injuries of any nature. Native country insurance is highly recommended.
Rescue: In case of emergency evacuation, the company will assist in managing helicopter rescue subject to guaranteed repayment from insurance or personal funds.
